New Roof for Commercial Building

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

We recently installed a challenging yet rewarding new commercial roof upgrade in downtown Trenton. Getting started meant working closely with Quinte West bylaws to secure a right-of-way permit and coordinating with neighbouring building owners for access. With the only entry through the pedestrian walkway, we took every precaution to keep the area safe for the public. To improve drainage, we installed a fully tapered insulation system and rebuilt the perimeter walls.

The new hybrid built-up roof system was applied using adhesives for a strong finish. We also added a ballasted guardrail system around the roof hatch and HVAC unit to protect the HVAC technicians working on the roof.
